Adding Associates to your clinic
App Version 3.0.6 contains a new function which allows clinic owners to add Associates (staff members) to their clinic linked to a registered Dermapen device. It will be especially valuable with the launch of DermapenWorld Academy, our upcoming online training platform, enabling seamless team access and participation.
To add an associate to a clinic:
- Sign in to the DermapenWorld App as an Existing User with your User Credentials
- Navigate to My Clinics
- Select your Clinic's Name
- Scroll down and select 'Add a new Associated User'
- Type in the email address of the staff member you wish to add and click Submit. Note - The Associate must already have a DermapenWorld user account created through our website in order to be associated.
To create an account, head to www.DermapenWorld.com, select the Avatar (person) icon in the top right corner of the webpage, select 'Sign up now' fill out the online form and validate that you are are user of the email to finalise. - You will now be able to see the name and email address of the Associate added listed under Associated Users
