As a security feature, DermapenWorld utilizes Microsoft ADB2C and as such is unable to reset User Account passwords.
The only way to reset your password is via the “Forgot your Password?” button on the DermapenWorld App or the DermapenWorld Website if you are not currently signed into your User Account.
If you are already signed in and cannot remember your password or want to change it you can do so via the Account page.
