Can I change the Clinic my device is registered to?

For professionals: Yes, you can change the Clinic your device is registered to at any time, however, your device must be deregistered and then reregistered to do this. 

To deregister your device: 
1. Select the My Pens tab 
2. Select the Serial Number of the device you want to deregister
3. Press the Deregister Button
4. Confirm you want to Deregister your device

To reregister your device to an existing Clinic:
1. Press Add a new Device in the top left of the My Pens page

2. Follow the prompts to reregister your device

or

1. Navigate to the Home tab

2. Press Add New Pen 

 If you need to create a new Clinic:
1. Navigate to the My Clinics Tab 

2. Press Add a New Clinic 

3. Follow the prompts to create your new Clinic. When complete return to the Home tab and press Add New Pen to reregister your device. 

or

1. Navigate to the Home tab 

2. Press Add New Clinic

 

Please note. In order for your device to talk to the DermapenWorld app it will need to be in Bluetooth Mode. To place your pen in Bluetooth Mode press and hold the power button for 1.5 seconds till the Bluetooth Symbol appears on the LCD Screen - From Firmware Version 1.6.6 or if running an older Firmware version press and hold both the + Increase speed and + Increase Depth/Level buttons together for 3 seconds till the Bluetooth Symbol appears on the LCD Screen.
