Changes to App Compatibility

From March 2026, Google Maps will no longer support iOS versions 16 and earlier. 

As key clinic functionality within our App relies on Google Maps, this change will impact users who have not updated their smart phone/tablet software. 

What this means for you 

To ensure our App continues to function correctly across all features, customers will need to be running: 

iOS 17 or later for Apple 

If your device remains on iOS 16 or earlier, some App features—particularly those related to clinic functionality—may not work as intended. 

What you need to do 

Please update your Apple device to iOS 17 or later: 
Settings → General → Software Update 

We recommend completing this update before March 2026 to avoid any disruption. 

If your device does not support iOS 17, you may experience limited functionality within the App. If you have any questions or need support, our Customer Service team is happy to assist or contact your local DermapenWorld Distributor.
