You will see the "Device Firmware Outdated" error message if you are trying to Add a Dp DOCK to a device running a Firmware Version below 1.6.6.
If you see this message you need to place your device in Bluetooth Mode and Connect and Sync to perform the firmware update.
To put your Dermapen HOME in Bluetooth Mode press and hold together the increase depth and increase speed button for 3 seconds. Once in Bluetooth Mode the Bluetooth symbol will display on the screen of your device.
Once this has been completed and the device is running on firmware version 1.6.6 and above they can press 'Add Dp DOCK to this Device' to add their Dp DOCK to their device.
