"Device Not Found" Deregister Dp DOCK Error

The 'Device Not Found' error message will display on your app if you press the 'Dergister Dp DOCK' button and your Dp DOCK is not powered on and within Bluetooth range. 

It is best practice to ensure you power on your Dp DOCK before deregistering. 

If the Dp DOCK is powered on and within range, still on the same Wi-Fi connection and you are still seeing this error message, please press the 'Skip' button and your Dp DOCK will successfully deregister from your device.
