If you request that DermapenWorld delete your account we will first check to see if you have a Clinic (For Professionals) or device currently registered.
DermapenWorld cannot delete any accounts that have Devices or Clinics registered.
If you have a Device or Clinic still registered the DermapenWorld Customer Service Team will request you remove this prior to deleting your User Account.
