Does my device deregister if I deregister the Dp DOCK?

No, Your DermapenWorld device will not deregister if you use the Deregister Dp DOCK button on the Pen Details page.

To Deregister your device:

1. Navigate to the My Pens page 

2. Select the Serial Number of your device from the My Pens list 

3. Press the Deregister button underneath your device 

4. Confirm you want to deregister your device

 

The Dp Dock is automatically unpaired from your device when your device is deregistered. 

You will now be able to register your Dp DOCK to another DermapenWorld device.
