If you are an Existing User and have forgotten the password to your Account press the ‘’Forgot your password?’’ link on the Sign In page.
You will then be asked to enter the email address of your Account and a verification email will be sent to that email address. To reset your password enter the verification code on the app that was sent to your email address.
If you did not receive the password verification email please check your Junk/SPAM folders.
