If you want to delete a Clinic you must first ensure that no devices are currently registered to that Clinic. To confirm if any devices are registered please follow the below:
1. Navigate to the Clinic Tab or Press My Clinics on the Home page.
2. Select the name of the Clinic you want to delete.
3. If a device is registered to this Clinic it will be listed below the Clinic Details under the Pens section. Select the device you want to deregister.
4. Press the Deregister button and confirm that you want to deregister the device.
When this has been completed for all devices registered to the Clinic you want to delete.
1. Navigate back to the Clinic Tab or Press My Clinics on the Home page.
2. Select the name of the Clinic you want to delete.
3. Press the Delete button and confirm you want to delete the Clinic.
Your clinic will now be deleted and removed from your My Clinics list.

If you still have a device registered to your account an error message will pop up advising you must deregister all associated devices before Clinic deletion.
