The green lights that appear on the charger when a battery is inserted indicate the level of charge. When no battery is inserted and the Battery Charger is connected to power, a Red light will appear.
1 Green light means the Battery is 1/5 charged.
5 Green light means the Battery is fully charged.
A single Red light on the charger when a battery is inserted indicates a fault with the battery.
