How to change the Wi-Fi Connection of an already registered Dp DOCK

If a you need to change the Wi-Fi connection your Dp DOCK is registered to you can do in the DermapenWorld App.

Please perform the following steps to change your Wi-Fi connection:

1. Open the DermapenWorld App and Sign In as an Existing User

2. Go to My Pens

3. Select the Serial Number of the Pen/Device the Dp Dock has been registered to

4. Select the "Wi-Fi Setup' button underneath the paired Dp Dock

5. Confirm you want to continue with reconfiguration

6. Follow the on screen prompts to select the Wi-Fi Network required

7. Press Finish
