For Professionals: If you see a device in your My Pens list that you no longer use and would like to reactivate it, please contact your DermapenWorld Distributor for assistance.
If you no longer own the device and would like to deregister it from your User Account:
1. Select the Serial Number from the My Pens list
2. Press the Deregister Pen button
3. Confirm you want to Deregister the device.
For HOME Users: If you see a device in your My Pens list that you do not recognise you can confirm the Serial Number against the Serial Number Sticker inside the Battery Compartment on your device. If the Serial Numbers do not match please contact DermapenWorld Customer Service at www.dermapenworld.com/contact-us for further assistance.
