      I have a Dermapen HOME and a professional Dermapen device.

      Why do I have to have a separate User Account for each one?

      If you have a Professional DermapenWorld device and a personal DermapenWorld device (Dermapen HOME), you must have two separate User Accounts as there is a different User experience for each type of device.
