Is there a Bluetooth time limit for registering your device on the Register Pen page?
Once you have inserted a battery (or Power Source Unit For Professionals) and powered on the device as long as it is in Bluetooth Mode (with the Bluetooth Symbol displayed on the LCD screen) it should appear in the 'Available Dermapens' list to Connect.
If your device is powered on and in Bluetooth Mode and is not showing in the 'Available Dermapen's list:
- Power Off your device and Sign out of the DermapenWorld app via the Account tab
- Ensure Bluetooth and Location Services (for Android Users only) are enabled for the DermapenWorld app in your phone or tablet's Settings
- Reopen and Sign In to the DermapenWorld app
- Go to Add New Pen on the HOME page
- Power On your Device and ensure it is in Bluetooth Mode
Your device should now be showing in the list of "Available Dermapens".
