DermapenWorld has been advised that there are some Users whose 'Deregister' and 'Connect and Sync' buttons are not working on the Pen Details page of the Dermapenorld app.
Prior to contacting DermapenWorld please ensure that you are running the latest OS version available on your smartphone or tablet.
To check if you are running the latest iOS version:
- Sign out of the DermapenWorld App via the Account page
- Open the Settings for your smartphone/tablet
- Go to General - Software Update
If an update is available, press Update Now - Once updated, please reopen the DermapenWorld app and try again.
If no update is available:
- Press the Back button in the top left corner
- Select About
- Take note of the iOS Version and the Model Name for the smartphone/tablet and Contact Us
