Does pressing the "Deregister" button deregister my device from my Dp DOCK?

Yes, If you deregister your DermapenWorld device on the Pen Details page it will also deregister from your Dp DOCK. 

If you re-register your device you will also need to re-register the device with your Dp DOCK.
