The Clinic name under my Serial Number on the My Pens page is incorrect?

For Professionals: If the clinic name listed under the Serial Number of your device in the My Pens list is incorrect please check the registration details of the Clinic on the My Clinics tab.
  1. Head to the My Clinics tab
  2. Select the name of the incorrect Clinic
  3. Press the Edit button
  4. Change the name of the Clinic in the section |Clinic Name.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and press the Next button
