What do I do if I select the incorrect device from the Available Pens list?

If you have selected the incorrect device to register from the list of Available Pens and the device selected is already registered you will see an error message. If the device is not already registered and do not want to register it please follow the below:

  1. Navigate to the Home screen
  2. Select My Pens 
  3. Select the Serial Number of the device you just registered from the list of My Pens
  4. Press the Deregister button 
  5. Confirm you want to Deregister this device 

Once the above has been completed you will be navigated back to the My Pens list.

To register the correct device select Add a new Device to be redirected back to the Register your device page.

Follow the prompts to register your device.
