If your device is not showing in the list of Available Pens it could indicate that either:
- Your device is not Powered On and in Bluetooth Mode
- Your device is not within Bluetooth range of the Phone/Tablet you are connecting to
- The Phone/Tablet and Pen have timed out while searching to connect.
We suggest in this instance you do the following :
- Power Off your device
- Ensure your device is within Bluetooth range of your Phone/Tablet
- Reload/Refresh the Register Pen page
- Power back on your device and ensure it is in Bluetooth Mode displaying the Bluetooth symbol on the LCD screen.
