What if my Wi-Fi Network doesn’t appear in the list of Available Networks?

If your Wi-Fi Network does not appear in the list of Available Networks please check:

  1. If your Wi-Fi Network is powered On
  2. If your Wi-Fi Network is within range
  3. The name of the Wi-Fi Network is correct

and press the Rescan button. 

Please ensure that your Wi-Fi Network supports 2.4GHz and 5GHz. Please check that both frequencies are turned on your router and/or in your Network settings.
