My Clinics address details are incorrect, how do I fix this?

If your Clinics address details are incorrect:

1. Press the Edit Button 

2. Scroll down to section 3 Clinic Address and use the text field to type in the correct address of your Clinic 
3. Scroll to the bottom and press the Submit
