Removing Associates from your clinic

If the Clinic owner wants to remove an Associate from their clinic, therefore removing access to the DermapenWorld Academy, they can follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to the DermapenWorld App as an Existing User with your User Credentials 
  2. Navigate to My Clinics 
  3. Select your Clinic's Name 
  4. Scroll down and under Associate Users select the Name of the User you wish to remove and press on the 'X' delete icon. 
  5. You will be asked to confirm if you wish to remove the Associate. Press Confirm to continue. 
  6. The Associate's name and email will now be removed. The Associate will no longer have access to the DermapenWorld Academy.
