The Clinic showing on the Pen Details page f is the Clinic that you nominated your device to be registered to during registration. If the Clinic details under the Clinic section on the Pen Details page are incorrect, you can select the name of the Clinic and then the Edit button to amend them.
If the Clinic details are correct but you want to register your pen to another Clinic, press the Deregister Button and confirm you want to deregister your device.
You can then navigate to the Home page or Pens page to reregister your device to another Clinic.
