The Clinic name under the Serial Number of your device on the My Pens page is the Clinic that you nominated your device to be registered to during the registration process.
If you want to change the Clinic:
1. Select the Serial Number of your device from the My Pens list
2. On the Pen Details page under the Clinic section, Select the name of the Clinic. This will take you to the Clinic Details page.
3. On the Clinic Details page press the Edit button
4. Edit the details of your Clinic as required
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and press the Submit button
If the Clinic details are correct but you wish to register your pen to another Clinic:
- Select the Serial Number of your device from the My Pens list
- Press the Deregister Button and confirm you wish to deregister your device. You can then navigate to the Home page or Pens page to reregister your device to another Clinic.
