If the Town/City listed under the name of your Clinic on the My Clinics Tab is incorrect please first confirm that your Clinics address details are correct. To do this:
1. Select the name of the Clinic from the My Clinics list
2. Press the Edit button
3. Re-enter your Clinics address in the Clinic Address field, and select the correct address option when presented with the address options.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and press the Submit button
5. Navigate back to the My Clinics page by pressing the Clinic tab at the bottom of the app
6. Pull down the screen to refresh the page and check the Town/City underneath the name of your Clinic is correct.
If the name is not correct please contact your Distributor.
