# The Wi-Fi Network Name is incorrect

If the Wi-Fi Network name in the Dp DOCK section is incorrect it could indicate one of two things. You have either connected to the incorrect Wi-Fi Network during the Dp DOCK setup or the name of the Network Connection has been set incorrectly.

If you have selected the incorrect Wi-Fi Network:  
1\.    Press the Wi-Fi Setup button in the bottom left of the Pen Details page  
2\.    Scroll to the bottom of the Connecting your Dock – Connect to Wi-Fi page   
3\.    Press the disconnect button next to the Connect Network you currently have selected  
4\.    Confirm you want to disconnect   
5\.    Select the correct Wi-Fi Network from the list of Available Networks and press Connect, if a password is required please put this in

6\.    Press Finish

If the name of the Network Connection has been set incorrectly please refer to your Network carrier for technical support.
