What does it mean if I do not see my device listed on the My Pens page?
If your DermapenWorld device is not listed on the My Pens page it indicates that you are either signed into the incorrect User Account OR your device is not currently registered to a User Account.
Please ensure you are signed into the correct User Account. If you have multiple email addresses, you may have used another to create your Account so please try to sign in using one of those. If you have forgotten your password or do not know what it is, use the Forgot your password? link on the Sign in page.
If you are signed into the correct User Account it could indicate your device is not currently registered or has been deregistered. Please press "Add a new Device button" and follow the prompts to register your device.
