# What does the "Delete Account" button do?

If you press the Delete Account button on the Account page you will be directed to the DermapenWorld website where you will be required to read and acknowledge the "DermapenWorld Device User Account Deletion" statement and fill out a form to request your User Account be deleted.

Once you have requested an Account be deleted you will be unable to create another account with the same credentials (email address).
