# What if my Dp DOCK isn't showing in the Available Docks?

If your Dp DOCK is not showing the list of the Available Docks please check:

1. Is your Dp DOCK Connected to an active Power Source and Powered on?
2. Is the Power Light flashing slowly indicating it is ready to be paired?
3. Is your Dp DOCK close enough to your phone to connect on Bluetooth?
4. Check the Serial Number of the Dp DOCK you are trying to connect to with the list of Available Docks by checking the Serial Number sticker on the bottom of the Dp DOCK.
