Why can't I move to the next screen?

If you are unable to continue to the next screen when you press the Next button at the bottom of this page (the button is Grey) it is because you have mandatory items that still require your attention .

If you scroll back up the page you will see an Attention Symbol to the right of the mandatory field that still requires your attention. Once completed the Next button will turn Blue and you will be able to move onto the next screen.
