The majority of professional DermapenWorld device Users use the device in cordless mode using Battery Power.
In order for your device to be recognised by the Dp DOCK you must remove the PSU Power Cable from your device and insert a charged DermapenWorld battery. Once the battery has been inserted and the battery cover put in place, please power on the device and then place securely on the Dp DOCK.
The Dp DOCK will not recognise your device has been placed on it if there is no battery inserted. Note - The battery cover MUST be affixed to the device.
