Why do I need to power back on my device after inserting a new battery?

Your DermapenWorld device must be in Treatment Mode or Bluetooth Mode to be recognised by your Dp DOCK as a technical requirement.

After inserting a new battery simply power back on your device prior to placing it on the Dp DOCK.  

Please be kindly reminded that you can only place your DermapenWorld device on the Dp DOCK when using batteries as a power supply.
