Why does my device need to be powered on in either Treatment Mode or Bluetooth Mode to be recognised by the Dp DOCK?

In order for the Dp DOCK to recognise your device has been placed on it, your device must be powered on, running the latest firmware version compatible (1.6.6) and either in Treatment Mode or Bluetooth Mode. The Dp DOCK will not recognise devices that are not powered on. 

In order for your device to be quickly recognised please place your device into Bluetooth Mode by pressing and holding the Power Button for 1.5 seconds before placing on the Dp DOCK. If you do not place your pen in Bluetooth Mode it will take 2 minutes for the device to put itself in Bluetooth Mode and then automatically sync.
