Why does the "Connect & Sync" button not work when I press it?

The Connect & Sync button will only work when the selected Serial Numbered device is within Bluetooth range, Powered On and the device is in Bluetooth Mode. 


If your DermapenWorld device is within Bluetooth range, Powered On and in Bluetooth Mode and the button is still not working please ensure the Serial Number matches your device. You can check this by checking the Serial Number sticker inside the battery compartment of your device. If the Serial Number matches please contact your Distributor (For Professionals) or DermapenWorld Customer Service at www.dermapenworld.com/contact-us
