      Why does the Serial Number of the device and Dp DOCK not match?

      Each DermapenWorld product has a unique SKU for identification purposes. In addition, technical devices also have a unique Serial Number.

      Each DermapenWorld device has a Serial Number that reflects its model type. For example:

      • Professional devices: Serial Numbers start with "4MD" (e.g., 4MD0123456).
      • HOME devices: Serial Numbers start with "4AH" (e.g., 4AH0123456).

      Dp DOCKs also have unique Serial Numbers, which start with "4ADK.
