Why is the Dp DOCK not recognising that my device is on it?

Is the Battery Cover for the device on?

In order for the Dp DOCK to recognise your DermapenWorld device the device's Battery Cover must be on the pen.

If your Battery Cover is on your device, please ensure it is correctly affixed, that your device is sitting snugly in the dock and the Power is turned on. If your device is still not recognised by the Dp DOCK please reach out to your local Distributor (For Professionals) or contact DermapenWorld Customer Service at www.dermapenworld.com/contact-us 

Is the device Powered On?

In order for the Dp DOCK to recognise a DermapenWorld device the device must be powered. 

Is the Dp DOCK Powered On?

In order for the Dp DOCK to recognise a DermapenWorld device it must be powered on. If there are no lights showing on the Dp DOCK is means it does not have power and must be powered by the supplied USB-C cable.
