Why is there a Red LED light on my Dp Dock?

There are a few reason why your Dp DOCK may produce a RED Operation Error: 
  • The device detected and Wi-Fi not connected or available
      • Check Wi-Fi is available and remove/replace the device from the Dp DOCK
  • The device is detected and is not powered on 
      • Power on the device and place back on the Dp DOCK
  • The device is detected but has failed to change to Bluetooth Mode after 2 minutes 
      • Manually place your device in Bluetooth Mode and place back on the Dp DOCK
  • The devices Serial Number does match the Dp DOCK
      • Use the correct Dp DOCK
  • Sync could not be completed correctly 
      • Remove the device and try again 
      • If error remains contact your local Distributor (For Professionals) or DermapenWorld Customer Service at www.dermapenworld.com/contact-us 
  • Dp DOCK will emit a double beep every 10 minutes while in an error state to alert the user of an error 
      • Beeping will stop after 10 minutes but lights will remain Red.
