Will my pen still sync if I remove the device from the Dp DOCK before the Green LEDs and Green indicator tick appear?

No, your device is not confirmed to have completed its sync till the Green LEDs are displayed and the Green Tick indicator is illuminated.  

If you remove your device from the Dp DOCK prior to this, please place your device in Treatment Mode or Bluetooth Mode and place it back on the dock to complete the sync.
